It consists of 10 skills that your dog must be able to master which will teach them to be mannerly and be a great bonding experience with their owner.

This class will assist with mastering each skill over the course of 6 weeks and ends with a practice test. Pups that pass the practice test are eligible to take the CGC test for free (not including registration or application fees from AKC) at the next available test date.

Leash Skills Pack Walk

Does your dog struggle with walking on a leash? Or maybe you want to learn how to curb unwanted behaviors like pulling towards other dogs, marking every tree and bush in the neighborhood, or even dragging behind on walks. This class is designed to teach you how to communicate more effectively with your dog while out and about as well as improve the quality of your walks. With strategies that address meaningful engagement, loose leash walking, and foundations for heelwork, you and your pup will be strutting your stuff in no time!

Reactive dogs (barking, lunging, snapping, etc.) may be dismissed from class depending on the other class members that day. If you are concerned your dog may not do well in a pack walk setting, please call us first for a free phone consultation!
